We are located at 4766 St Rt 39.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working.
No evenings or sundays.
Responsibilities Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering them assistance.
Directs customers by escorting them to our products.
Advises customers by providing information on products.
Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.
Use judgment to solve customer problems Must be able to multi task Must be able to learn the art of barista/espresso drinks Maintains scheduling commitments Qualifications Friendly and outgoing personality Excellent verbal skills Able to problem solve as issues arise We are looking forward to reading your application.
Available shifts and compensation:
Available shifts all days except Sundays.
Compensation is $13.
00 - $16.

About DER BAKE OVEN:
Der Bake Oven has been in the same location in Berlin Ohio, in the heart of Amish Country, for 27 years.
Ruth Mast has been the owner for the past 23 years after working for the previous owners since 1987.
When the opportunity came up to buy the business in January 1997, Ruth purchased it.
Owning and operating a bakery/cafe shop has always been a dream of Ruths.
She came from a big family of Bakers per say.
My grandpa and grandma had an in-home bakery and my Aunt Emma also had a bakery.
Ruth would go and help them out in the summer time as a young girl.
She just loved seeing those fresh baked rolls and breads coming out of the oven.
The aroma was delicious as Aunt Emma would say.
She enjoyed being up in the early hours of the day while the rest of the world was still asleep to help with baking.
